TSS3 Holdings is a 100% black owned Close Corporation established in 2006 to create sustainable employment and to participate in the country’s economic development. Our current focus is building new homes for our target market of clients in the affordable housing industry. In order to achieve this, we are constantly engaging with land owners to obtain serviced stands.
The sole member, Tsumbedzo Sylvester Sithari, has vast experience in the affordable housing market and moving into development was the next step in personal growth.
Our clients receive personal attention.
All our houses are inspected by the NHBRC and the appointed engineer during construction and each client is furnished with all the certificates pertaining to that home.
On our endeavour to support and growing the local economy, we prefer to buy our materials from local suppliers, especially those in small and medium enterprises. though we may choose to buy from large firms if the small companies cannot meet standards and demand. By this we also contribute to the creation of job opportunities at local as well growing the local economy.
